These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ResolvHQ platform provided by ElioCore Group (“ResolvHQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or using ResolvHQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ResolvHQ is a software platform designed to assist businesses with invoice and proof-of-payment processing, document extraction, reconciliation, and related workflow automation.

ResolvHQ provides automated processing and matching tools. Results should be reviewed by authorised users before being relied upon for financial or operational decisions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Ensuring that users accessing your organisation’s account are authorised.
• All activity performed through your account.

You must not share accounts or use ResolvHQ for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the business data and documents you upload to ResolvHQ.

You grant ResolvHQ permission to process that data solely as necessary to provide and operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information uploaded to ResolvHQ is lawful and that you have the necessary permissions to process it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain ResolvHQ features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees, applicable limits, and billing terms will be communicated during the subscription process.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ResolvHQ to:

• Conduct unlawful activities.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Circumvent usage limits or security controls.

6. Availability

We aim to keep ResolvHQ reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, third-party outages, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

ResolvHQ provides automation and decision-support functionality. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by users, incorrect document processing, or decisions made without appropriate human review.

To the extent permitted by law, ResolvHQ’s liability arising from use of the service will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the applicable period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present security risks, or involve unlawful activity.

Customers may stop using the service and request account termination in accordance with their subscription terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
