How do I get started with ResolvHQ?
Request a demo and we will set up your account, configure your workflow and help with your first batch of documents. Every plan starts with implementation and onboarding so your team is productive from day one.
How do I upload my invoices?
Drag and drop files into the upload area, bulk import a folder, or forward documents to your dedicated ResolvHQ inbox address.
How long does matching take?
Most batches are extracted and matched within 60 seconds. Large bulk uploads process in the background and notify you when done.
What formats are supported?
PDF, JPG, PNG and CSV. Scanned documents are handled by our OCR pipeline.
Does ResolvHQ replace our accounting system?
No. ResolvHQ sits alongside your ERP and payment tools, giving your team cleaner inputs and context behind every exception.
Can I import historical documents?
Yes. Implementation includes data import assistance, so you can bring historical invoices and proofs of payment into ResolvHQ during onboarding.
Matching accuracy
How accurate is the AI matching?
High-confidence matches are approved automatically while anything below your threshold is routed to the Review Queue.
What happens to uncertain matches?
They arrive with a suggested match, confidence score and the fields that differ, so a human can approve or reject in seconds.
Can I control what gets auto-approved?
Yes. Confidence thresholds, approval rules and exception ownership are configured around how your team already works, so automation only goes as far as you allow it to.
Security and compliance
How is my data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access control and a complete audit trail of every action. Read more on our Security page.
Do you comply with POPIA?
Yes. ResolvHQ is South African owned and operated, and processes data in line with POPIA requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I connect to my accounting system?
Export matched batches as CSV for Sage, Xero and QuickBooks, or use a direct integration on Business and Enterprise plans.
Do you offer API access?
Yes. Business plans include API access; Enterprise plans add custom integrations, webhooks for upload, match status and audit events.

Which plan is right for me?
Use the configurator on the Plans page — answer four questions about your volume, users and requirements and we will recommend the right fit.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes are pro-rated on your next invoice.
What if I need more documents?
Add document packs to any plan, or move to Enterprise for unlimited volume.
